The 2.5″ hitch is rated for 24,000 lbs towing and 1,800 lbs tongue weight—but safe towing depends on:

• Balanced trailer loading

• Driver experience with big loads

• Use of rated hitch gear

Note: Older beds with 2″ receivers are not rated for 24,000 lbs.

🏗️ Frame Reinforcement Tips

To pull at max capacity, you must reinforce the hitch to your truck’s frame. Use flat or structural steel braces at about 45°. Weld them into the upright holes or directly to the frame for best results.

This step keeps your truck safe and your towing setup strong under pressure.
